Anhui Tienho Herbal Source Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in the research and development of medicinal

animal and plant resource technologies, as well as the cultivation, processing, and sales of Chinese medicinal materials. The

comapny is located at No. 3 Jinfu Road, the central area of Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone, a provincial-level

economic development zone in Hefei, Anhui Province.

Development History

· 2004: The company was established and designed in accordance with GMP standards by the Anhui Pharmaceutical Design Institute. Built independent raw material warehouses, processing workshops, and finished product storage facilities. Upon completion and obtaining the Qualification of Importers and Exporters of Goods, the company immediately launched its Chinese medicinal materials export business.

· 2007: Commissioned by the Hsu Foundation (USA), the company collaborated with Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (formerly Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) to conduct research on Chinese medicinal materials quality standards and the development of veterinary drugs, laying a solid foundation for quality management and quality control.

· 2011–2012: Export volumes reached record highs for two consecutive years, earning the company a place on the list of "China's Top 20 Exporters of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces."

·2014: The company undertook a national-level project for standardized cultivation bases and industrialized deep processing. Began Chinese medicinal materials cultivation in Taolou Town, Changfeng County, accumulating ten years of experience in operating its own cultivation base. Building on this, the company adopted a "Company + Cooperatives + Farmers" model in major medicinal material production areas across the country, establishing cooperative cultivation bases to achieve standardized planting.

· 2017: Obtained the Food Production License to engage in the production and processing of alternative tea products and other related food items, and expanded domestic and international product sales.

· 2019: Received the Drug Manufacturing License and GMP Certificate issued by the National Medical Products Administration, obtaining the qualification for domestic sales of prepared slices of Chinese herbal medicines.

· 2024: The company constructed a new Herbal Extraction and Concentration Production Line, capable of producing high-quality extract products such as Herbal Concentrated Extract Paste and Herbal Concentrated Extract Powder for clients.
